Refund policy
At Forever Rosary, each piece is handmade with great care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are handmade to order, we kindly ask that you review our return guidelines below.
14 Day Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in new, unused condition

All original packaging must be included

The item must be mailed back within the 14 day window
Once we receive and inspect the item, you may choose between:

Store credit

An exchange for another item
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered unless otherwise required. If a refund is issued, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
We offer free return shipping for domestic (USA) orders, and will provide a label upon request. Please see international return terms below.
International Orders
Our 14 day return policy also applies to international orders. However, due to the high cost and transit time of international shipping, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, but they must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Forever Rosary is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the return according to the options listed above (store credit or exchange).
Original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us by emailing us at hello@foreverrosary.com within 3 business days of delivery.

Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and begin preparing your replacement. Once the damaged item is confirmed to be on its way back to us, we will ship your replacement.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom, Build Your Own Rosary or personalized pieces

Final sale items

Items that show signs of wear or use
Additional Information
We recommend using tracked shipping when returning an item. Forever Rosary is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
