Welcome to Forever Rosary. Forever Rosary is operated by Temecula Passport, doing business as Forever Rosary (“Forever Rosary,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of foreverrosary.com and purchases made from Forever Rosary. By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Our Products
Forever Rosary creates handmade Catholic rosaries, devotional goods, jewelry, accessories, and related products.
Because many of our products are handmade, each piece may have slight variations. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or change products, materials, designs, pricing, or availability at any time.
2. Handmade Variations
Our rosaries and other products are handmade, and no two pieces will always be exactly identical.
Small variations may occur in:
- Bead size, shape, and placement
- Wire wrapping and handmade construction
- Chain and component placement
- Color and finish
- Natural stone markings and patterns
- Pearls and other natural materials
- Plated and gold-filled components
- Other handmade details
Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible. However, lighting, photography, screen settings, material availability, and the handmade nature of our products may result in differences between the product shown online and the piece you receive.
Minor handmade variations are not considered defects.
3. Natural Gemstones and Materials
Many Forever Rosary designs feature natural gemstones, pearls, and other materials that naturally vary from piece to piece.
Natural stones may contain variations in color, pattern, transparency, veining, inclusions, markings, texture, or shape. These characteristics are part of the natural material and are generally not considered defects.
Because of these natural differences, the exact beads in your rosary may not look identical to those shown in product photographs.
4. Gold-Plated and Gold-Filled Components
Forever Rosary uses a mixture of gold-plated and gold-filled components depending on the product. Please refer to individual product descriptions for information about the materials used in a particular piece.
Gold plating can naturally change or wear over time. The rate at which this occurs depends on use, care, skin chemistry, environment, and exposure to moisture or chemicals.
To help preserve your rosary, we recommend avoiding unnecessary exposure to water, perfume, lotions, household chemicals, excessive moisture, and similar substances.
Normal wear, tarnishing, fading, or changes to a finish over time are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is current, complete, and accurate.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Payment is due at the time of purchase through the payment methods available at checkout, including eligible Shopify and Shop Pay payment options.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory errors, technical errors, or incorrect pricing.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.
6. Pricing Errors
We work to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate. Occasionally, however, an incorrect price, description, discount, or other information may appear on our website.
If a product is accidentally offered at an incorrect price or under materially incorrect terms, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order.
If an affected order has already been paid, we will issue an appropriate refund if the order is canceled.
7. Processing Times
Most Forever Rosary products are handmade to order.
Our typical processing time is approximately 1-2 weeks before shipment.
We work hard to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible, and many orders may leave sooner. However, processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, periods of unusually high order volume, material shortages, custom projects, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Processing time is separate from shipping and transit time.
8. Custom and Personalized Orders
Forever Rosary offers custom and personalized products.
Because these products are created specifically according to a customer’s selections or instructions, custom and personalized orders are final sale.
We understand that every situation is different, and we want our customers to be happy with their Forever Rosary pieces. If you have a concern about a custom order, please contact us at hello@foreverrosary.com. While we cannot guarantee a return, refund, exchange, or remake for a custom product, we are happy to review the circumstances and discuss possible solutions when appropriate.
Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization details, names, initials, bead selections, centerpiece selections, crucifix selections, and other custom information before submitting an order.
If Forever Rosary makes an error in creating your custom order, please contact us so we can work with you to make it right.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact hello@foreverrosary.com as soon as possible.
Because our products are handmade, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
Once a piece has been made, the order can no longer be canceled for a refund. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to issue store credit instead.
Custom and personalized orders remain subject to the final-sale terms described above.
10. Returns and Exchanges
Eligible non-custom products may be returned within 14 days in accordance with our Return Policy.
Approved returns are generally eligible for store credit or exchange rather than a refund to the original payment method.
Products must be returned in an eligible condition and in accordance with the instructions provided by Forever Rosary.
Custom and personalized products, Archive pieces, and other items specifically identified as final sale are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
Please refer to our Return Policy for additional information.
Nothing in these Terms limits any return, refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
11. The Archive
The Forever Rosary Archive is a special collection that may include one-of-a-kind pieces, custom pieces, samples, discontinued designs, pieces created for photography or social media, returns in suitable condition, or handmade products with disclosed cosmetic variations or imperfections.
The reason a product has been included in The Archive will generally be disclosed in its individual product description.
All Archive purchases are final sale.
Archive products are already offered at special pricing and are excluded from additional discount codes, promotions, and other offers unless we specifically state otherwise.
Please carefully review the description and available photographs before purchasing an Archive piece.
12. Discounts and Promotions
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Discount codes cannot be combined.
- Only one discount or promotional offer may be applied to an order.
- Certain products or collections may be excluded from discounts.
- Archive products are excluded from additional discounts.
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
- Promotional offers may be changed or ended at any time, subject to applicable law.
Additional restrictions may be stated as part of an individual promotion.
13. Shipping
Orders are shipped using the shipping methods and carriers available through Shopify Shipping and other supported shipping services.
Shipping estimates displayed at checkout refer to estimated transit times after an order has been completed and shipped. They do not include our processing time.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, service interruptions, or other events outside Forever Rosary’s reasonable control.
Forever Rosary cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.
14. International Orders, Customs, and Duties
Forever Rosary ships internationally.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are separate from the product and shipping charges paid to Forever Rosary.
International shipments may also experience customs or carrier delays that are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for understanding applicable import requirements in their country.
15. Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.
- Check around your property and any secure delivery locations.
- Check with household members or neighbors who may have received the package.
- Allow approximately 2-3 business days, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered shortly before the package physically arrives.
If the package still cannot be located after taking these steps, please contact us at hello@foreverrosary.com and include your order information and correct shipping address so we can confirm where the package was sent and discuss available next steps.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier-related issues, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the address provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
16. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice an incorrect address after ordering, contact hello@foreverrosary.com immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the address.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.
If a package is returned to Forever Rosary because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, please contact us. Once we receive the returned package, we will ship it back to the corrected address as a one-time courtesy.
If a package is lost because an incorrect address was provided and cannot be recovered, Forever Rosary may offer a 50% discount toward a replacement order as a courtesy.
This courtesy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
17. Repairs and 60-Day Guarantee
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our handmade rosaries.
If you experience a problem that appears to result from our materials or workmanship within 60 days of receiving your order, please contact us at hello@foreverrosary.com with your order information and photographs of the issue.
We will review the circumstances and, when appropriate, repair or otherwise address qualifying craftsmanship issues.
Damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, misuse, normal wear, improper storage, exposure to chemicals or moisture, or other circumstances unrelated to our workmanship may not qualify for complimentary repair.
We also understand that rosaries are meant to be used and loved. After the initial 60-day period, we are happy to discuss repairing Forever Rosary pieces whenever reasonably possible.
For long-term repairs, the customer is generally responsible for shipping costs, and additional repair or replacement-material charges may apply depending on the work required. We will discuss applicable costs with you before completing paid repair work.
18. Product Care
Rosaries and devotional jewelry contain small components and should be handled with reasonable care.
While our rosaries are designed for prayer and regular use, they should not be intentionally pulled, stretched, twisted, exposed to harsh chemicals, submerged in water, or subjected to unnecessary force.
Please store your rosary appropriately when it is not being used.
19. Product Availability
Products may be available in limited quantities and may sell out without notice.
Because many Forever Rosary products are handmade and depend on specialty beads, gemstones, medals, crucifixes, and other components, we cannot guarantee that a sold-out or discontinued design will be restocked.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
20. Product Descriptions and Photography
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products.
Colors and materials may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, device displays, screen settings, and natural material variation.
Measurements and dimensions may also vary slightly due to handmade construction.
We do not guarantee that your device will display colors exactly as they appear in person.
21. Devotional and Religious Products
Forever Rosary sells rosaries and other Catholic devotional products intended to support personal prayer and devotion.
Our products and website content are not intended to provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice or treatment.
No statement made on our website should be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular spiritual, medical, therapeutic, or personal outcome.
22. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content associated with Forever Rosary, including our brand name, logos, original product photography, videos, graphics, written content, product descriptions, website content, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Temecula Passport DBA Forever Rosary and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or use our protected content without permission where such permission is legally required.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Forever Rosary intellectual property.
23. Customer Content and Reviews
If you submit a product review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content directly to Forever Rosary or through features on our website, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.
Where you give us permission, or where the applicable submission feature clearly provides for such use, we may display or use that content in connection with our website, products, customer reviews, or marketing.
We will not claim ownership of your original content solely because you submit it to us.
24. Third-Party Services
Our website is operated using Shopify and may integrate with third-party services.
Your use of certain third-party features, payment methods, social media platforms, or other services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Forever Rosary is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
25. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website or use it for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, introduce malicious code, scrape or systematically extract protected website content for unauthorized commercial purposes, or use our services in violation of applicable law.
26. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Forever Rosary provides its website and services without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temecula Passport DBA Forever Rosary will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
27. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Temecula Passport DBA Forever Rosary from claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Because Forever Rosary sells internationally, customers may also have mandatory consumer protections under the laws of the country, state, province, or region where they live.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
29. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our products, policies, website, business practices, or legal requirements.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law.
