Shipping & Returns

At Forever Rosary, each piece is handmade with great care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are handmade to order, we kindly ask that you review our return guidelines below.

14 Day Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition

  • All original packaging must be included

  • The item must be mailed back within the 14 day window

Once we receive and inspect the item, you may choose between:

  • Store credit

  • An exchange for another item

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered unless otherwise required. If a refund is issued, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

We offer free return shipping for domestic (USA) orders, and will provide a label upon request. Please see international return terms below.

International Orders

Our 14 day return policy also applies to international orders. However, due to the high cost and transit time of international shipping, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, but they must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Forever Rosary is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the return according to the options listed above (store credit or exchange).

Original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us by emailing us at hello@foreverrosary.com within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and begin preparing your replacement. Once the damaged item is confirmed to be on its way back to us, we will ship your replacement.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom, Build Your Own Rosary or personalized pieces

  • Final sale items

  • Items that show signs of wear or use

Additional Information

We recommend using tracked shipping when returning an item. Forever Rosary is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

Shipping Policy

Every Forever Rosary piece is handmade to order in California. Because we often source the beads, medals, and other components specifically for your piece, please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for your order to be handmade and prepared for shipment.

We truly appreciate your patience while we create your rosary with care. 🤍

U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.

For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please note: Our 1-2 week processing time is separate from the carrier’s shipping time. Expedited shipping options apply to transit time only and do not shorten our handmade processing time unless a rush order has been confirmed with us in advance.

International Shipping

We happily ship internationally via DHL, with delivery typically taking approximately 5-8 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, and customs clearance.

International shipping starts at approximately $30 and varies depending on your destination. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. Our free shipping of $100+ does not apply to international shipments.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges assessed by their country. Customs processing may also cause additional delays that are outside of our control.

Need Your Order by a Certain Date?

Ordering a rosary for a wedding, First Communion, Confirmation, Baptism, or another special occasion? Please email us before placing your order, or as soon as possible afterward, with the date you need it by.

We will always do our best to accommodate special timelines when possible, but rush requests and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed unless confirmed by us.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your package ships.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order sent again.

Delayed, Lost, or Delivered Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, transit times and unexpected carrier delays are outside of our control. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contacting the carrier directly. If you still cannot locate your package, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

If your tracking has stopped updating or you believe your package may be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help determine the next steps.

Order Changes

Because every piece is handmade to order and we may begin sourcing materials shortly after your order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

We are happy to accommodate changes when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once materials have been ordered or work on your piece has begun.
